Today's Show 4PM EDT - "Crystal Elves" Our Holiday Helpers

The holidays are already upon us and with this joyous time of year often comes not so joyous stress as we try to remember everything we have to get done and actually do it.

On today's episode of "There's A Rock For That!" radio show I'll be talking about how crystals can be our own little "elves" and help us to deal with all the holiday hub-bub.

The Crystal Guest on today's show is Shiva Lingam! These are wonderful stones which can help us to find and stay in balance. When we're in balance, then we aren't as adversely affected by things like the stress and chaos that often surround us during this time of year. Plus, I'll also discuss the history and folklore surrounding Shiva Lingams as well as other ways we can benefit from working with them.
